Some incentives are not working properly in the FLW UAT APK version 2.9.22 on the CG Server.

      During testing on the CG Server UAT environment with APK version 2.9.22, it was observed that some incentives are not generating or functioning as expected in the application.

      The issue was identified while validating the incentive workflow and calculation process. Multiple incentive scenarios were tested, but a few incentives are either:

      • Not getting generated
      • Not reflecting in the application

      भेजे जाने पर हुआ (शासकीय अस्पताल)      		 All Beneficiaries >> Cataract surgery (Applicable for Age 40 years and above) ASHA is eligible for this incentive, when she successfully ensures that an identified cataract patient undergoes cataract surgery in a Government Health Facility.
      Eligibility Conditions:
      ASHA is eligible to claim this incentive per case, when the beneficiary must be diagnosed with Cataract and the surgery status should be “Surgery Done”, discharge summary is uploaded and surgery is done in Government Health Facility, then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim in the month of date of surgery.
       
      Note: This is maximum up to two times incentive per beneficiary and applicable per beneficiary per eye, must not be claimed more than two times. The system shall maintain a unique beneficiary level flag to prevent duplicate incentive claims.      		 Not calculate incentive
      14 Preparing malaria slide/RDT test ₹15 per slide/test मलेरिया स्लाइड/आर.डी. टेस्ट बनाने पर Disease Control >> Malaria screening >> suspected case ASHA is eligible to claim this incentive per case, when the beneficiary is suspected case of Malaria and Malaria Test type is selected for slide test or RDT test, then ASHA is eligible per case for this Incentive claim in the same month. Not calculate incentive
      15 Completing treatment of PF and PV malaria cases ₹200 per case पी.एफ. एवं पी.वी. प्रकरण का इलाज पूर्ण कराने पर Disease Control >> Malaria Conformed cases >> Follow-up ASHA is eligible for this incentive, when a Malaria Conformed cases treatment is completed.
      That is treatment status is completed, then then ASHA is eligible per case for this Incentive claim in the month of date of treatment completed.      		 Not calculate incentive
      16 Identification of new leprosy patients ₹250 per case कुष्ठ के नये मरीज का चिन्हांकन कराने पर Leprosy >> Leprosy Suspected In the Suspected Leprosy case, if any case (Beneficiary) is conformed with PB or MB Leprosy type.
      That is ‘Has leprosy been confirmed?’ is “Yes” and ‘Leprosy Type’ conformed is PB or MB Leprosy, then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim per case in the conformed visit month      		 Not calculate incentive
      17 Completing treatment of PB (Paucibacillary) leprosy patients ₹400 per case कुष्ठ के पी.बी. मरीज का इलाज पूर्ण कराने पर Leprosy >> Leprosy Confirmed >> Follow up In the Confirmed Leprosy cases, where Leprosy type is PB and Beneficiary should complete 6 months treatment.
      That is Beneficiary ‘Leprosy Type’ confirmed is PB and should complete 6 months Treatment follow up visits, and Treatment status should be “Treatment completed” then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim per case in the Treatment completion month.      		 Back Date entries not allowed
      18 Completing treatment of MB (Multibacillary) leprosy patients ₹600 per case कुष्ठ के एम.बी. मरीज का इलाज पूर्ण कराने पर Leprosy >> Leprosy Confirmed >> Follow up In the Confirmed Leprosy cases, where Leprosy type is MB and Beneficiary should complete 12 months treatment.
      That is Beneficiary ‘Leprosy Type’ confirmed is MB and should complete 12 months Treatment follow up visits, and Treatment status should be “Treatment completed” then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim per case in the Treatment completion month.      		 Back Date entries not allowed
      19 Completion of TB treatment with Mitanin’s support ₹1000 per case टी.बी. मरीज की पूर्ण ईलाज मितानिन के सहयोग से होने पर TB >> TB Confirmed >> Follow up In the Confirmed TB cases, where any TB type is Confirmed and Beneficiary should complete the full course of treatment.
      That is any TB confirmed Beneficiary, should complete the full course of treatment in Treatment follow up visits, and ‘Did the patient complete the full course of treatment?’ is “Yes” and ‘Actual Treatment Completion Date’ is required, then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim per case in the Treatment completion month.      		 Back Date entries not allowed, due to thisbeneficiary should not complete the full course of treatment.
      20 Supporting complete treatment of drug-resistant TB patients ₹5000 per case टी.बी. के दवा अवरोधक मरीज का पूर्ण इलाज कराने में TB >> TB Confirmed >> Follow up In the Confirmed TB cases, where any TB type is Confirmed is “DR-TB” and Beneficiary should complete the full course of treatment.
      That is any DR-TB confirmed Beneficiary (Has the diagnosis of DR-TB been confirmed? Is “Yes”), should complete the full course of treatment in Treatment follow up visits, and ‘Did the patient complete the full course of treatment?’ is “Yes” and ‘Actual Treatment Completion Date’ is required, then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim per case in the Treatment completion month.      		 Back Date entries not allowed, due to thisbeneficiary should not complete the full course of treatment.
      26 Referring 10 or more cases monthly to Health and Wellness Centre ₹ 400 हेल्थ एण्ड वेलनेस सेन्टर में मासिक 10 अथवा अधिक प्रकरण रेफर करने पर Home >> HWC Referral list ASHA is eligible to claim this incentive after 10 or more Referral cases from any module. Check the count of referral cases are greater than or equals to 10 cases every month, then ASHA is eligible per case for this Incentive claim in the same month.
      Note:  referral cases can be from modules like, ANC (HRPW), SAM, TB, Leprosy, CBAC, Malaria, PNC, Cataract surgery, NCD cases, TB, Leprosy, Malaria, Geriatric, COPD, Depression, SAM, etc      		 Not calculate incentive
      27 Motivating 70% of targeted women (aged 20–49, excluding pregnant and lactating) to take iron tablets (Kawardha, Sarguja) ₹ 50 20 से 49 वर्ष की महिलाओं को (गर्भवती व शिशुवती को छोड़कर) आयरन गोली खाने के लिए 70 प्रतिशत लक्षित महिलाओं को प्रेरित करने पर (कवर्धा, सरगुजा) Eligible Couple >> IFA  In Eligible Couple list, on every card there is “IFA” option to add Iron tablets distributed, quantity and date.
      If 70% of Eligible Couple (Women) is distributed with Iron tablets, then ASHA is eligible to claim this Incentive in the month of date of distribution.
      Condition:
      1. 70% of Eligible Couple registered under a ASHA are provided with Iron tablets
      2. This Incentive is applicable for ASHAs in this 2 districts Kawardha and Sarguja only
      Formula:
      Denominator is Total no of Eligible Couple registered under a ASHA
      Numerator is No of Women distributed with Iron tablets
      Numerator/ Denominator multiple by 100; if this value is greater then or equals to 70% then consider this claim.      		 This incentive is not applicable for Mhasamund dist.
      35 Home visits to lactating mothers (with children up to 6 months) for iron and nutrition advice ₹ 50 अपने पारा की शिशुवती माताओं (6 माह तक के बच्चे) के घर आयरन व पोषण सलाह हेतु गृह भेट करने पर Child Care >> Child List >> HBYC In HBYC visits 3 Months and 6 Months visit are required to submit to claim this Incentive.
      ASHA incentive per case for Providing HBYC services. up to 6 months after birth;
      To claim this incentive, ASHA has to complete 2 HBYC visits (3 months and 6 months) then she is eligible for this Incentive.
      After submission of 6 months visit and this incentive claim is applicable in the 6th month visit.
      Note: In case of Twins (two/ three babies), this incentive is applicable for every baby      		 not calculating
      41 Assisting new patients with BP, diabetes, and cancer to start medication ₹50 per case बी.पी., शुगर व कैंसर के नये मरीजों का दवाई शुरू कराने में

      फालोअप करने पर      		 DC >> NCD >> NCD Referral list >> Follow up In the NCD referral list under “Follow up”, once Visit cycle is created with any “Diagnosis” and Treatment is Started for any beneficiary and completed 6 months Follow up visits then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive per case.
      After submission of 6th month Follow up visit, ASHA is eligible to claim this incentive in 6th month.      		 not calculating
      44 Motivating women for sterilization after abortion (no limit on number of children) ₹300 per case गर्भपात उपरांत नसबंदी करने के लिए महिला को प्रेरित करने पर
      (इसमें बच्चों की संख्या पर कोई सीमा लागू नहीं)      		 Maternal Health >> Abortion >> Family Planning Method is permanent sterilization (Tubectomy) After the Abortion, if the the Woman opted for permanent sterilization (Tubectomy) and Date of Sterilisation is submitted, then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim in the month of date of sterilization.
      Note: This is a one time incentive per beneficiary and must not be claimed more than once. The system shall maintain a unique beneficiary level flag to prevent duplicate incentive claims.      		 not calculating
      48 Ensuring mother and child are healthy up to 45 days postpartum in high-risk pregnancy cases ₹500 per visit उच्च जोखिम वाली गर्भवती महिला के प्रसव पश्चात्

      प्रति प्रकरण      		 1. Maternal Health >> ANC Visit >> ‘Is HRP Confirmed?’ is “Yes”

      3. Child Care >> Newborn list >> HBNC >> all 7 visits are mandatory      		 This Incentive logic is linked with 3 screens (ANC Visit, PNC Visit and HBNC Visit) and condition is as follows:
      Condition:
      1. In any of the ANC visits PW is conformed as high-risk (HRPW)
      2. PNC Visit >> all 7 visits are mandatory
      3. HBNC >> all 7 visits are mandatory
       
      That is in any one of the ANC visits once PW is marked as ‘Is HRP Confirmed?’ is “Yes” and after delivery, ensure all 7 PNC visits for Mother and all 7 HBNC visits for baby are completed.
      then ASHA is eligible to claim this Incentive per case in the month of both Mother and baby all 7 visits are completed date.      		 not calculating
      49 Mobilizing community during distribution of medicated mosquito nets ₹5 per net दवायुक्त मच्छरदानी वितरण के दौरान समुदाय को मोबीलाईज
      करने पर      		 Disease Control >> Malaria >> Household list >> Mosquito Nets In Malaria section, under every household there is an option to select ‘Is mosquito net distributed?’.
      If ‘Is mosquito net distributed?’ is “Yes”, then ASHA is eligible to claim this Incentive per house in the month of date of distribution.
      Formula: Get count of house where Net is distributed multiply by per Net cost, i.e. No of Houses x per Net cost (currently per net cost is Rs. 5).
      Note: frequency of distribution of nets is Yearly once, allow Yearly once per ASHA.      		 not calculating
      50 Postpartum care in high-risk cases and ensuring mother and child are healthy up to 45 days ₹250 per case प्रसूता में प्रसव पश्चात् उच्च जोखिम अवस्था में देखभाल
