Incentive Logic:

In the Suspected Leprosy case, if any case (Beneficiary) is conformed with PB or MB Leprosy type.

That is ‘Has leprosy been confirmed?’ is “Yes” and ‘Leprosy Type’ conformed is PB or MB Leprosy, then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim per case in the conformed visit month
