      Incentive Logic:

      ASHA is eligible to claim this incentive after 10 or more Referral cases from any module. Check the count of referral cases are greater than or equals to 10 cases every month, then ASHA is eligible per case for this Incentive claim in the same month.

      Note:  referral cases can be from modules like, ANC (HRPW), SAM, TB, Leprosy, CBAC, Malaria, PNC, Cataract surgery, NCD cases, TB, Leprosy, Malaria, Geriatric, COPD, Depression, SAM, etc
