Incentive Logic:

This Incentive logic is linked with 2 screens (PNC Visit and HBNC Visit) and condition is as follows:

Condition:

1. In any one of the PNC visits Mother is conformed as high-risk (‘Any Danger Signs?/ Any High-risk identified?’ is “Yes”) and ‘Mother Danger Signs’ are selected.
2. PNC Visit >> all 7 visits are mandatory
3. HBNC >> all 7 visits are mandatory

That is in any one of the PNC visits once Mother is marked as ‘Any Danger Signs?’ is “Yes” and ‘Mother Danger Signs’ are selected. And ensure all 7 PNC visits for Mother and all 7 HBNC visits for baby are completed.

then ASHA is eligible to claim this Incentive per case in the month of both Mother and baby all 7 visits are completed date.
