Enable tracking of home visits to lactating mothers with children up to 6 months, focusing on iron supplementation and nutrition advice. Logic should be based on HBYC visits.

Requirements:

In HBYC visits 3 Months and 6 Months visit are required to submit to claim this Incentive.

ASHA incentive per case for Providing HBYC services. up to 6 months after birth;

To claim this incentive, ASHA has to complete 2 HBYC visits (3 months and 6 months) then she is eligible for this Incentive.

After submission of 6 months visit and this incentive claim is applicable in the 6th month visit.

Note: In case of Twins (two/ three babies), this incentive is applicable for every baby
