Activity Name: Mobilizing community during distribution of medicated mosquito nets.

Incentive Logic:

In Malaria section, under every household there is an option to select ‘Is mosquito net distributed?’.

If ‘Is mosquito net distributed?’ is “Yes”, then ASHA is eligible to claim this Incentive per house in the month of date of distribution.

Formula: Get count of house where Net is distributed multiply by per Net cost,

i.e. No of Houses x per Net cost (currently per net cost is Rs. 5).

Note: frequency of distribution of nets is Yearly once, allow Yearly once per ASHA.
