Incentive Logic:

After the Abortion, if the the Woman opted for permanent sterilization (Tubectomy) and Date of Sterilisation is submitted, then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim in the month of date of sterilization.

Note: This is a one‑time incentive per beneficiary and must not be claimed more than once. The system shall maintain a unique beneficiary‑level flag to prevent duplicate incentive claims.
