In the Confirmed Leprosy cases, where Leprosy type is MB and Beneficiary should complete 12 months treatment.

That is Beneficiary ‘Leprosy Type’ confirmed is MB and should complete 12 months Treatment follow up visits, and Treatment status should be “Treatment completed” then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim per case in the Treatment completion month.
