3. Child Care >> Newborn list >> HBNC >> all 7 visits are mandatory

Activity Name: Ensuring mother and child are healthy up to 45 days postpartum in high-risk pregnancy cases.

Incentive Logic:

This Incentive logic is linked with 3 screens (ANC Visit, PNC Visit and HBNC Visit) and condition is as follows:

Condition:

1. In any of the ANC visits PW is conformed as high-risk (HRPW)
2. PNC Visit >> all 7 visits are mandatory
3. HBNC >> all 7 visits are mandatory

That is in any one of the ANC visits once PW is marked as ‘Is HRP Confirmed?’ is “Yes” and after delivery, ensure all 7 PNC visits for Mother and all 7 HBNC visits for baby are completed. then ASHA is eligible to claim this Incentive per case, in the month of both Mother and baby all 7 visits are completed date.
