Activity Name: Motivating 70% of targeted women (aged 20–49, excluding pregnant and lactating) to take iron tablets (Kawardha, Sarguja).

Incentive Logic:

In Eligible Couple list, on every card there is “IFA” option to add Iron tablets distributed, quantity and date.

If 70% of Eligible Couple (Women) is distributed with Iron tablets, then ASHA is eligible to claim this Incentive in the month of date of distribution.

Condition:

1. 70% of Eligible Couple registered under a ASHA are provided with Iron tablets
2. This Incentive is applicable for ASHAs in this 2 districts Kawardha and Sarguja only

Formula:
Denominator is Total no of Eligible Couple registered under a ASHA

Numerator is No of Women distributed with Iron tablets

Numerator/ Denominator multiple by 100; if this value is greater then or equals to 70% then consider this claim.
