In the NCD referral list under “Follow up”, once Visit cycle is created with “Diagnosis” and “Treatment Start Date” for any beneficiary then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive per case.

After submission of visit with “Diagnosis” and “Treatment Start Date” this incentive claim is applicable in the “Treatment Start Date” month.
