Activity Name:

• ASHA incentive for ensuring for full immunization (0-1 year). (Assam S. No. 12)
• Ensuring completion of first-year immunization (from BCG to measles) - (CG: S. No. 6, MIPS Activity Code: 9)

Incentive Logic:
Immunization module for Children Age between 0-1 year,
If below all 8 Vaccination is completed for any Child then ASHA is eligible for this incentive per child in the month of last given vaccine date.
1. BCG 1st Dose
2. OPV - 1
3. OPV - 2
4. OPV - 3
5. Pentavalent - 1
6. Pentavalent - 2
7. Pentavalent - 3
8. Measles – 1 ("Measles & Rubella (MR) – 1")
 
Follow this below step to test:

1. Register a child with 10 Months Age, and fill all above 8 Vaccines/ as per schedule on due date.
