Incentive Logic:

ASHA is eligible for this incentive, when she successfully ensures that an identified cataract patient undergoes cataract surgery in a Government Health Facility.

Eligibility Conditions:

ASHA is eligible to claim this incentive per case, ** when the beneficiary must be diagnosed with Cataract and the surgery status should be “Surgery Done”, discharge summary is uploaded and surgery is done in Government Health Facility, then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim in the month of date of surgery.

Note: This is maximum up to two‑times incentive per beneficiary and applicable per beneficiary per eye, must not be claimed more than two‑times. The system shall maintain a unique beneficiary‑level flag to prevent duplicate incentive claims.
