Incentive Logic:

In the NCD referral list under “Follow up”, once Visit cycle is created with any “Diagnosis” and Treatment is Started for any beneficiary and completed 6 months Follow up visits then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive per case.

After submission of 6th month Follow up visit, ASHA is eligible to claim this incentive in 6th month.
