In the Confirmed Leprosy cases, where Leprosy type is PB and Beneficiary should complete 6 months treatment.

That is Beneficiary ‘Leprosy Type’ confirmed is PB and should complete 6 months Treatment follow up visits, and Treatment status should be “Treatment completed” then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim per case in the Treatment completion month.
