Incentive Logic:

This Incentive eligibility is based on 2 activities in ANC that are Home visits and ANC visits.

That is ASHA has to complete all 9 Home visits and any 4 ANC visits for a Pregnant Woman, then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim per case in the last ANC visit month.

Updated Incentive Logic:
An ASHA becomes eligible to claim this incentive when any four ANC visits for a pregnant woman are completed. The incentive is applicable once per case and should be claimed in the month of the 4th ANC visit.
