Implement logic to identify danger signs from the new ANC checklist responses (Antenatal Counselling and Care). When danger signs are detected, the system should display an alert and refer the beneficiary to the Health & Wellness Center (HWC).

If any one of the responses is “Yes”, in Antenatal Counselling and Care questionnaire, then

Provide an option to refer to HWC facility, with a dialog box:

"Danger signs Identified!

Do you want to refer to HWC facility?" with "No" or "Yes" options.

If “Yes” is selected then navigate to “HWC Referral” screen.

If “No” is selected then land back to same screen to submit Home visit details

Note:

1. Reason for Referral: "Suspected high-risk pregnancy"
2. Type: Maternal

Acceptance Criteria:

• FLW Application evaluates checklist responses for danger signs

• Danger signs are correctly detected based on predefined rules

• Alert is displayed immediately when danger signs are identified

• Alert clearly recommends referral to HWC

• User acknowledges alert before completing the visit
