Incentive Logic:

In any of the ANC visits PW is conformed with high-risk (HRPW) and attended PMSMA visit, then ASHA is eligible for this Incentive claim per PMSMA visit up to maximum 3 visits.

That is in any of the ANC visits once PW is marked as ‘Is HRP Confirmed?’ is “Yes” and ‘Place of ANC Visit’ is “PMSMA visit”, then ASHA is eligible to claim this Incentive per PMSMA visit up to maximum 3 visits.
