      What to build

On the TPT card, give two buttons, "Start TPT" and "TPT Follow Up". "Start TPT" captures the first-visit details, including TPT Regimen advised with the 6 PRD regimens. "TPT Follow Up" shows the first-visit details read-only and captures follow-up fields, including "Any other significant Information".

      Where

HHC Tracing → Follow Up Status = "Recommend for TPT" → TPT card

      What exists today

      • STOP-428 (Done): TPT shown as a separate card.
      • STOP-46 (Done, 3.0): TPT initiation with treatment duration 1 / 3 / 6 months (old spec).
      • STOP-390 (Done): TPT expected completion date auto-calculated from regimen.
      • STOP-603 / STOP-604 (To Do): side effects, adherence removal, outcome options – not part of this ticket.
Not covered: the two named buttons, the 6-regimen list, showing first-visit details on follow-up, and the "Any other significant Information" rules.

      • Follow-up fields as per PRD, including:
      Field Rule
Any other significant Information Optional. Free text of 250–500 words to define 'any other significant information'. Default instruction text should be shown in the field.

      Checks

      1. Given Follow Up Status = "Recommend for TPT", then the TPT card shows "Start TPT" and "TPT Follow Up" buttons.
      2. Given I tap "Start TPT", then Date of Registration is filled with today's date automatically.
      3. TPT Regimen advised stays disabled until TPT start date is entered, then shows exactly 6H, 3RH, 3HP, 6Lfx, 4R, 1HP, and allows one selection.
      4. Selecting 6H or 6Lfx sets the expected completion date to start date + 6 months; 3RH or 3HP + 3 months; 1HP + 1 month; 4R + 4 months.
      5. TPT start date in the future or before the contact screening date is rejected.
      6. Given I tap "TPT Follow Up", then the Start TPT details are shown and cannot be edited.
      7. "Any other significant Information" shows default instruction text, is optional, and accepts up to 500 words.

      Questions to confirm

      1. Regimen type "6" / "3" / "1" / "4" in the PRD is read here as the number at the start of the regimen name (6H, 6Lfx = 6 months; 3RH, 3HP = 3; 1HP = 1; 4R = 4). Please confirm.
      2. "250–500 words": is 250 a minimum, or only a guide? (Field is optional.)
      3. What should the default instruction text say?
      4. Should "TPT Follow Up" stay disabled until "Start TPT" is submitted?
