      User Story

      As a Volunteer
      I want to see the list of beneficiaries referred to the Health & Wellness Centre
      So that I can ensure at-risk beneficiaries (abnormal vitals) reach the HWC

      Acceptance Criteria

      • [ ] Auto-populate list with beneficiaries flagged by vitals thresholds (from STOP-10 — abnormal temperature, pulse, BP, or RBS)
      • [ ] Each row shows the trigger reason and status (Pending / Visited / Closed)
      • [ ] Tap a row to deep-link to the beneficiary
