      Overview

Capture vitals and anthropometric measurements per PRD §2.2.2. Flow sits between TB Screening (STOP-3) and Diagnostics (STOP-4). Out-of-range values automatically trigger an HWC (Health & Wellness Centre) referral that surfaces in the Referrals module (STOP-8) and Dashboard (STOP-9).

      Scope

      • Anthropometric entry — weight, height, BMI auto-calc
      • Vitals entry — temperature, pulse rate, systolic/diastolic BP, random blood sugar
      • HWC referral alert + routing on any out-of-range value
      • Skip/Submit navigation to Diagnostics

      Out of Scope

      • CBAC / NCD risk assessment (not in PRD)
      • General OPD module (tracked in STOP-16 stub)

      Replaces

STOP-7 "NCD Screening (CBAC) Module" — closed because the PRD contains no CBAC scope, only a vitals check.
