      Overview

      Referral queue management per PRD §2.2 Referrals. The Referrals screen surfaces four cards that list beneficiaries pending each referral type, with status tracking and deep-links to case records.

      Scope

      • Digital Chest X-ray referrals — beneficiaries over 5 years AND not pregnant
      • Truenat referrals — age ≤ 5 years OR pregnant OR Digital Chest X-ray positive
      • Liquid Culture referrals — History of TB OR currently on anti-TB drugs
      • Health & Wellness Centre (HWC) referrals — vitals out-of-range (from STOP-10)

      Out of Scope

      • AI Cough Assessment (not part of PRD v91)
