      User Story

      As a Counselling Officer, I want to record a confirmed TB case's Type of Treatment and its corresponding regimen, so that the correct regimen options are offered and expected treatment completion is calculated correctly.

      IMPORTANT - supersedes previous scope

      This ticket previously specified a single flat regimen list (DS-TB / Shorter / Longer / BPaL / INH Mono). Per the updated PRD (Section 7.3) that model is REPLACED by the two-tier structure below. Do not build the old flat list.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • [ ] "Type of Treatment" radio renders with exactly two options: DS TB, PMDT (single-select, mandatory)
      • [ ] Selecting DS TB enables "DS TB Regimen" (value 2 HRZE/4HRE) and hides/disables "PMDT Regimen"
      • [ ] Selecting PMDT enables the "PMDT Regimen" dropdown with all four options and hides/disables "DS TB Regimen"
      • [ ] Switching between DS TB and PMDT clears any previously selected regimen value from the other branch
      • [ ] Treatment Start Date validations enforced (on or after diagnosis visit date, not future, mandatory)
      • [ ] Expected Treatment Completion Date is read-only and auto-recalculates whenever regimen or start date changes
      • [ ] Selected values persist and drive the follow-up cadence / completion thresholds used by STOP-41 and STOP-42
      • [ ] Existing behaviour retained: when a DS-TB case is confirmed, the household contact tracing / TPT flow is triggered with the "screen all household contacts" prompt

      OPEN QUESTION - blocks completion of the auto-calc rule

      The PRD (Section 7.3) leaves the completion-date durations incomplete - it states "If Regimen Type is DS-TB then add *" and "If Regimen Type is PMDT, then add *" with no values filled in. Exact month durations per regimen are needed from the product/clinical owner before the Expected Treatment Completion Date calculation can be implemented.

      Note also that the downstream completion thresholds in STOP-42 (enable completion question after 5 / 9 / 18 monthly follow-ups) are keyed to the OLD regimen numbering and will need remapping to the new DS TB / PMDT regimen set.
