2. Counselling Consent toggle Button on the Beneficiary card and enable the below question as a pop up- Has the beneficiary agreed for counselling? Yes/ No. If No- capture "Reason for refusal" >> Submit>> Close the form.{}{}{}
3. Sections A to E will be enabled "Has the beneficiary agreed for counselling"= "Yes"{}
