Provide option to edit Age at marriage

Currently “Age at marriage” is allowed to enter at the time of any one of the couple (Wife/ Husband) registration and date of marriage is auto calculated and updated in the both couple records.

Problem Statement:

This field made lot of confusions to the users and as a result wrong data entry are made. Mistakes made like thinking that this is related to “How long have you been married? / When did you get married?”.

So to avoid such user confusions and mistakes, let’s make this option more user friendly and allow to edit the value, as follows:

1. Edit provision: if Age at marriage is edited in Wife/ Husband record, then should update in both couple records
2. And also update and calculate max Child Age to register children
3. Note: ensure to pass 'timestamp' in 'updated date' attribute ** every time a record is edited to ensure data integrity and facilitate a clear audit trail."
4. Condition for ‘Age at marriage’ at edit record: Age at marriage cannot be less than the current ‘Age of Beneficiary’ at the time of changing the marital status from “unmarried” to “married”.
