Allow users to edit household details when corrections are needed.

• Allow all household details to edit, except First, Last Name of HoF and Mobile No of HoF are not allowed to edit.
• First, Last Name and Mobile No of HoF are only allowed to edit form source record (i.e. can edit in HoF record).
• After edit & sync to server and update the record
• Note: ensure to pass 'timestamp' in 'updated date' attribute ** every time a record is edited to ensure data integrity and facilitate a clear audit trail."

Acceptance Criteria

• Household fields are editable and changes save properly.
  First, Last Name of HoF and Mobile No of HoF are not allowed to edit from this screen
• and other details which are updated should reflect same details in the dependent beneficiary records (i.e. Spouse and Children and other Family members)
