Allow editing of all beneficiary-related fields.

• Allow all fields to edit, except Father, Mother, Wife Name
• If First, Last Name, Mobile No and other details of Father or Mother or Spouse are edited, then should update in the dependent beneficiary records (i.e. Spouse and Children)
• Allow to edit Gender but only subject to condition is, in case of No dependent Spouse and Children records are registered
• If Age or Gender is changed, reset the dependent fields like Marital Status, Spouse Name, Status of Woman, etc
• Note: ensure to pass 'timestamp' in 'updated date' attribute ** every time a record is edited to ensure data integrity and facilitate a clear audit trail."
• After edit & sync to server and update the record

Acceptance Criteria

• HoF fields are editable and updated in backend.
• In case of First, Last Name, Mobile No and other details of Father or Mother or Spouse are updated then should also reflect same details in the dependent beneficiary records (i.e. Spouse and Children)
