      As an ASHA worker, I want the submit option to always remain enabled for the Micro Birth Plan (MBP) form, so that I can submit the form at any time, regardless of the completion status of other fields.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      1. Submit Option Availability:
        • The submit button for the Micro Birth Plan (MBP) should never be disabled, even if some fields are incomplete.
        • ASHA workers should be able to submit the form regardless of whether all fields are filled or not.
