Fix Issues with Micro Birth Plan Form: Fields like "Mode of Transport", Check on Mandatory Fields, and Field Behavior

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Mode of Transport Field:

• • The "Mode of Transport in Labour Pain" field should accept alphanumeric characters.
  • The field should allow up to 20 characters, including letters and numbers.
  • ASHA should be able to input the vehicle number in this field without restrictions.

1. Mandatory Fields:

• • Ensure only required fields in the Micro Birth Plan (MBP) are marked as mandatory
  • Validate that users cannot submit the form unless all mandatory fields are filled out.

1. Bank Account Number:

• • The Bank Account Number field should accept up to 18 digits.
  • The field should validate that the entered number is not all zeros.

1. Field Enabling/Disabling:

• • The fields in the Micro Birth Plan are intermittently enabling or disabling.

1. Submission Error Handling:

• • Implement error messages that clearly indicate which fields need correction if submission fails.
