      Description: As an ASHA user, I want the Micro Birth Plan count to auto-populate so that I can view the number of due plans. Upon clicking, I should navigate to the Beneficiary card line listing.
      Acceptance Criteria:

      1. The Micro Birth Plan count auto-populates based on system data.
      2. Clicking the count opens the Beneficiary card line listing, displaying relevant details.
