Mother and Child Records Reflecting Late in Associate, ANM, and MO Logins

      Description:

      After the Supervisor allocates outbound calls to the Associate, ANM, and MO through the Supervisor login, there is a delay in the reflection of Mother and Child records. The records take 2 to 3 minutes to appear, which is causing inefficiencies in handling these calls.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Supervisor allocates outbound calls to Associate, ANM, and MO.
      Associate, ANM, and MO check their respective logins.
      Observe that the Mother and Child records take 2-3 minutes to reflect in their dashboards.
      Expected Result:
      The Mother and Child records should appear immediately after allocation.

      Actual Result:
      There is a delay of 2-3 minutes before the records are visible.

      User Roles: Supervisor, Associate, ANM, MO
      Browser/Device: - Google Chrome

      This issue is affecting the productivity of the Associate, ANM, and MO in handling their assigned outbound calls.
