In Work location mapping, when service line "Stop TB" is selected and any role is selected, show only State, District, Block and Villages, but Not facility mapping.

For this a new service line "Stop TB" is required. and 

Job Location-Serviceline Master is also required for location mapping. (To identify the camp locations, etc)

In the Admin, for any configurations, like Roles, work location mapping, etc. 

There is a structure followed as selecting "service line" and "State", so for New project we do not need a facility hierarchy. To map with new Roles and only village location this service line is required.

Only required is just map State to Village mapping (which was following currently for HWC and FLW service lines).
