What to build

1. Add "Household" as a contact tracing option alongside Community and Occupational, opened from the bottom sheet.
2. After a contact tracing form is submitted, give options to view, edit and update it.
3. Make sure the "Any other Significant Information / Notes / Remarks" field is on both Community and Occupational forms as per PRD.

What exists today

• STOP-427 / STOP-428 (Done): Contact Tracing is its own module and card.
• STOP-558 to STOP-561 (Done): Total No. of contacts, Priest option, Area of Shared Space, Place of exposure options.
  Not covered: "Household" as an option, view/edit/update after submit, and the "Any other Significant Information" field rules.

Requirement (as per PRD)

1. Contact Tracing options

Household option: opens the household contact flow described in PRD 7.4.1 (Confirmed case card → Members → HH member cards with TB screening and follow-up buttons).

2. Any other Significant Information

Checks

1. Given a confirmed TB case, when I open Contact Tracing from the bottom sheet, then I see three options: Household, Community, Occupational.
2. Given I tap Household, then the household members list for that case opens.
3. Given I submitted a Community or Occupational form, then I can open it again to view, edit and update it.
4. On both Community and Occupational forms, "Any other Significant Information / Notes / Remarks" is shown, is optional, and accepts up to 500 words.

Questions to confirm

1. Should the Household option open the same "Members" screen as the button on the confirmed case card, or a separate form?
