Requirement
Extend the Place of Exposure multi-select dropdown on the Community Contacts form with six new options to reflect additional community exposure settings identified in the updated PRD.

Acceptance Criteria
- Place of Exposure dropdown includes all of the following, in this order: Place of worship, Community hall, Market, Water collection point, Community meetings, De-addiction centre, Shelter home, Yoga centre, Gym, Clubs, Library, Other Place
- Multi-select behaviour is preserved
- Dropdown remains enabled only when Type of Contact Tracing = Community
- "Other Place" free-text behaviour is unchanged (enabled + mandatory + 100-char limit when selected)
- Selected values persist on the record and are available on sync/edit/view
- Master-data / lookup for these values reaches the device through the existing sync and is available offline
