If a user is assigned the role "Lab Technician", they should be able to access the following modules with the given privileges:

1. All Beneficiaries section – View access
2. Referral section – View, Add, Edit and Update access
3. Tuberculosis section – View access
4. Dashboard

Acceptance Criteria:

• User with "Lab Technician" role can view the All Beneficiaries section.
• User with "Lab Technician" role can view, add, edit and update the Referral section.
• User with "Lab Technician" role can view the Tuberculosis section.
• User with "Lab Technician" role can access the Dashboard.
