Description:
When submitting a manual digital chest X-ray diagnostic result for a patient, the referral submission fails with a backend error stating “DiagnosticOrder not found”. The user is unable to complete the referral despite all required diagnostic fields being populated.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Diagnostics module.

1. Select patient

1. Select/enter the date of visit as 07-09-2026.

1. Keep Nikshay ID as N/A.

1. Select “Yes” for “Referred for Digital Chest X-Ray?”

1. Select “Yes” for “Is Digital chest x-ray conducted?”

1. Select “Abnormal but not TB Presumptive” under Digital Chest X-Ray Test Result.

1. Click SUBMIT REFERRAL.

Expected Result:
The diagnostic result should be successfully submitted and the referral should be created/processed without any error.

Actual Result:
The submission fails and displays the error:
