As a Counselling Officer / field volunteer, I want each family member's card in the household contact line listing to show a clear screened/unscreened status icon and a "Start Screening" action, so that I know at a glance which contacts still need TB screening and can act on it directly from the card.

Requirement
On every family member's card (household contact line listing), show the status of 'TB Screening':
Screened - "Symptom Screened", "X-Ray screened", or "Truenat screened" -> green check-mark icon
Unscreened -> red cross-mark icon

 Behaviour
If status is Unscreened -> enable a "Start Screening" button that opens the TB Symptom screening form.
If Symptom screening is done but X-ray or Truenat screening is not done -> do not enable the TB Symptom screening form again; instead, the contact should visit either the camp (if still present in the village) or a health facility to complete X-ray/Truenat.
If status is Screened -> open the existing Contact Follow-Up form (Date, referred to [TU/DH/CHC/PHC], Submit) per the flow already built under STOP-394.

Acceptance Criteria
 Status icon (green check / red cross) renders on every family member card per the rules above
 "Start Screening" button appears only when status = Unscreened, and opens the TB Symptom screening form
Button/form is disabled (not re-openable) once Symptom screening is complete, but X-ray/Truenat is pending – card instead indicates the beneficiary must visit camp/facility
Screened contacts route into the existing Contact Follow-Up flow unchanged
