Section C (Government Schemes) of the Counselling module already captures "Nikshay Poshan Yojana (NPY) eligibility explained" and "DOTS treatment" as mandatory confirmations (see STOP-231 for the validation fix).

Nikshay Poshan Yojana (NPY) eligibility explained

• Cash transfer (DBT) in patient's Aadhaar-linked bank account, credited monthly for the full treatment duration.
• Requirements: AADHAR-linked bank account and correct patient details in Nikshay.
• No separate application needed if enrolled in Nikshay.

DOTS treatment

• A health worker, treatment supporter, or family member watches the patient take each dose, so adherence isn't left to memory or self-report.
• Provision of free medicine.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] The three NPY bullets render as helper/explanatory text under the "Nikshay Poshan Yojana (NPY) eligibility explained" checkbox/label
• [ ] The two DOTS bullets render as helper/explanatory text under the "DOTS treatment" checkbox/label
• [ ] Existing mandatory validation (STOP-231) and "Select All" behaviour for Section C are unaffected
• [ ] Copy displays correctly in both English and Hindi
