      In the Key Population / Risk Factors field, two options must auto-select based on data already captured:

        1. "Elderly" - auto-select when the beneficiary's age is 60 or above.
        2. "Urban Slum" - auto-select when Type of Residential Area = Urban Slum. [ADDED 11-Sep-2026]

      Both auto-selections must apply in every place this field appears.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • [ ] "Elderly" is pre-selected when age >= 60
      • [ ] "Urban Slum" is pre-selected when Type of Residential Area = Urban Slum
      • [ ] Both apply everywhere the Key Population / Risk Factors field is rendered
      • [ ] Auto-selected values can still be de-selected by the user if incorrect
      • [ ] Auto-selection re-evaluates if age or Residential Area is edited

      Reference: TBMJA PRD, Section 6 TB Screening Module (Key Population / Risk Factors). Urban Slum requirement confirmed with BSA team on 11-Sep-2026.

      Note: Residential Area is to be captured once per village (see STOP-412), so the Urban Slum auto-selection will apply to all beneficiaries in a village flagged as Urban Slum. Worth confirming with the field team that villages are not mixed slum / non-slum before release, to avoid inflating key population counts.
