Pincode field, Residential area field should be asked after the village is selected from the location page. This is to reduce user burden of entering the same details again and again for all HH and beneficiaries. Both of these fields should be mapped to all HHs and all beneficiaries in the village, autopopulate pincode fields wherever needed.

If some beneficiaries are coming in the camp from other villages, then when Village name is changed from the dropdown while registration the already autopopulated field of Pincode should reset and can be taken from the beneficiary at the time. 

Confirmed design 

• PIN code is auto-fetched from the village/location master where a value exists for the selected village.
• Where the master has no value, the user enters it once and the app reuses it for all HHs and beneficiaries in that village.
• Residential Area is captured once per village in the same way.
• On village change mid-registration, Pincode and Residential Area reset and are captured fresh.

GPS-based capture is not being used. BSA confirmed GPS is unworkable offline, superseding STOP-308.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Pincode auto-populates from the village master where a value exists
2. Where no value exists, the user is prompted once and that value is reused across the village
3. Residential Area is asked once after village selection and maps to all HHs and beneficiaries in that village
4. Changing Village mid-registration resets both fields and both are re-captured
5. Manual entry remains available as a fallback

Dependencies

• Village master must be populated with PIN codes - separate backend/data task. Until then, every village falls back to manual entry.
• STOP-404 - Urban Slum auto-selection depends on Residential Area being set at village level by this ticket.
