In the TPT Follow-Up form, there are multiple issues related to date validations and calculations:

1. TPT Start Date validation is missing – The system allows selection of a start date earlier than the screening date, which should not be permitted.
2. TPT Expected Completion Date is not auto-calculated based on the selected regimen and start date.
3. Expected Completion Date validation is missing – The system allows selecting a date earlier than the TPT Start Date, which is logically incorrect.
4. Date of TPT Outcome validation is missing - It should be mandatory field as per PRD.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Contact Tracing → TPT Follow-Up form
2. Select any TPT Regimen
3. Enter a TPT Start Date before screening date
4. Enter Expected Completion Date before Start Date
5. Submit the form
6. Now, go to TPT follow up. 
7. Select "Completed" in TPT outcome status.
8. Observe Date of TPT outcome field.

Actual Result:

• System allows invalid TPT Start Date (before screening date)
• Expected Completion Date is not auto-calculated
• System allows Expected Completion Date before Start Date
• Date of TPT outcome field mandatory validation is missing.

Expected Result:

• TPT Start Date should not allow dates before screening date
• Expected Completion Date should be auto-calculated based on regimen duration (e.g., 6H → 6 months, 3HP → 3 months, etc.)
• Expected Completion Date should not allow dates before Start Date
• Date of TPT outcome field should be mandatory.
