All the individual roles "Nurse" or "Counsellor" User should have "Add Member" access on the Household card like "Registrar" User:

If an User is assigned with a role "Nurse" or "Counsellor", then should be able to access following Modules and Privileges:

1. All Household section: New Household Registration & (Privileges: View, Add, Edit and update access)
2. All Beneficiaries section (Privileges: View, Add, Edit and update access)
3. Non-Household section (Privileges: View, Add, Edit and update access)
4. Anthropometry form (Privileges: View, Add, Edit and update access)
5. TB Symptoms screening form (Privileges: View, Add, Edit and update access)
