STOP TB Sprint 5
An incorrect header “StopTB-UAT” is intermittently displayed in the Contact Tracing module screens (e.g., Occupational Contacts), instead of the expected module-specific header.
This issue does not occur consistently and appears randomly under certain scenarios, making it difficult to predict exact conditions.
Steps to Reproduce (Observed Behavior):
- Navigate to Contact Tracing module
- Open Occupational Contacts / related form
- Observe the header at the top of the screen
(Note: Issue occurs intermittently; exact trigger scenario not consistently reproducible)
Actual Behavior:
- Header shows “StopTB-UAT”
- This is not relevant to the current screen/module
- Occurs randomly
Expected Behavior:
- Header should always display correct screen/module name (e.g., “Occupational Contacts”)
- Environment labels (like UAT) should not appear in UI headers
