An incorrect header “StopTB-UAT” is intermittently displayed in the Contact Tracing module screens (e.g., Occupational Contacts), instead of the expected module-specific header.

This issue does not occur consistently and appears randomly under certain scenarios, making it difficult to predict exact conditions.

      Steps to Reproduce (Observed Behavior):

      1. Navigate to Contact Tracing module
      2. Open Occupational Contacts / related form
      3. Observe the header at the top of the screen

(Note: Issue occurs intermittently; exact trigger scenario not consistently reproducible)

      Actual Behavior:

      • Header shows “StopTB-UAT”
      • This is not relevant to the current screen/module
      • Occurs randomly

      Expected Behavior:

      • Header should always display correct screen/module name (e.g., “Occupational Contacts”)
      • Environment labels (like UAT) should not appear in UI headers
