At the end of the camp, as a camp admin, I must be able to upload a CSV downloaded from AMRIT to Nikshay portal.

Nikshay ID generator will be a Electron application
=> The application must be working against beta and prod
=> Production build must only contain production-related options only and validations.
=> The camp admin must be able to upload and generate IDs within an acceptable time range (per row must complete in <1 minute)

=> Application must flag duplicate and add the duplicate ID in the results if already present.
=> Package this application for camp in a production manner
=> Figure out how updates can be sent to the camp.

=> From the generator, there must be a results CSV output that can used to upload back to AMRIT.
