   • But the Examine button still shows incorrect count (e.g., 0/2)
2. Incorrect redirection after form submission
   • After submitting forms, user is redirected to Beneficiary List screen
   • Instead of staying on Non-Household list screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Non-Household Beneficiary List
2. Click on Examine (0/2) for any beneficiary
3. Open TB Screening Form → Fill and submit
4. Open Anthropometry Screen → Fill and submit
5. Observe:
   • Bottom sheet shows View
   • Examine count
   • Navigation after submission

Actual Result

• Examine count remains 0/2 even after completing forms
• Bottom sheet correctly shows View (indicating forms are saved)
• After submission, user is redirected to Beneficiary List screen

Expected Result

• Examine count should update dynamically (e.g., 2/2) after completing forms
• UI should remain consistent between bottom sheet and button
• After submission, user should be redirected back to same Non-Household list screen
