Provide a separate Non Household (No HH) Beneficiary List to register individuals who do not belong to any household, such as homeless individuals, migrants, wanderers, etc. These beneficiaries should be registered independently without requiring a household linkage. Once registered, they should also appear in the All Beneficiaries list. A visual indicator should be displayed on the beneficiary card to identify beneficiaries without a household. The system should also allow linking the beneficiary to a household at a later stage through the Beneficiary Card Edit screen.

As a Registrar
I want to register beneficiaries who do not belong to any household
So that individuals without a household can still be enrolled in the system and linked to a household later if required.

Acceptance Criteria

• A separate Non Household (No HH) list is available in the application.
• The same Beneficiary Registration Form used for household beneficiaries is available in the No HH list.
• Beneficiaries can be registered without selecting or linking a household.
• Once registered, the beneficiary appears in both:
  • The Non Household (No HH) list.
  • The All Beneficiaries list.
• Beneficiary cards for No HH beneficiaries display a Home icon with a cross (No HH indicator).
• The Beneficiary Card Edit screen provides an option to link the beneficiary to a household at a later stage.
• Once linked to a household, the No HH indicator is removed and the beneficiary is associated with the selected household.
