There are inconsistencies in header text across Household and Non-Household flows:

1. All Household List Screen
   • Correctly shows header (e.g., All Household)
2. Non-Household Beneficiary List Screen
   • Header is missing, showing village name (e.g., Agdia) properly
   • Showing TB screening and Anthropometry screen after filling it.
   • Showing Blank also sometimes.
3. Non-Household Registration Screen
   • Incorrect header displayed as "New Household Registration"
   • It should reflect Non-Household Registration

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to All Household screen → observe header
3. Navigate to Non-Household Beneficiary list
4. Navigate to Add Non-Household / Registration screen

Actual Result

• Household screen shows correct header
• Non-household list screen does not show proper header 
• Non-household registration screen shows wrong header: "New Household Registration"

Expected Result

• All Household screen → shows correct header
• Non-household list screen → should show Non Household List 
• Non-household registration screen → should show "New Non-Household Registration"
