After successfully registering a Non-Household member, the system does not automatically scroll to the newly added entry in the list. The user has to manually scroll down to locate the newly registered member.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to the registration section
3. Register a Non-Household member
4. Submit the form
5. Observe the members list

Actual Result:

• The list remains at the top
• Newly added member is not visible
• User must manually scroll to find the entry

Expected Result:

• The system should automatically scroll to the newly added member
• Newly registered entry should be visible immediately after submission
