Before starting Household Registration, the app should display a consent pop-up with the following text:

"I have been explained, the purpose for which the information and findings is being collected from me, in a language I understand and I give my consent to collect the information and measurement findings on my personal health profile."

Behaviour:

• The pop-up should appear before the Household Registration form opens.
• The user must accept (Agree) the consent to proceed with registration.
• If consent is declined, Household Registration should not proceed.
